Invigorations is located in Central New York in the city of Cortland. It is housed in a beautiful vintage Victorian property near the downtown area. We are centrally located to three ski resorts less than 15 minutes away, 25 minutes from Ithaca, 30 minutes from Syracuse, and have easy access to Interstate 81 and Route 13.

*From Ithaca, at Cortlandville stay on Rt. 13 as it bears right and becomes Tompkins Street. Travel through several lights to Main Street then Church Street. After that intersection, Invigorations is the
first house on the right past the tower building.

*From Binghamton coming N on Rt. 81, Take EXIT 10, Polkville/Cortland. Travel through 5 lights, the last being Greenbush Street. After that light, look for Invigorations on the left.

*From Syracuse coming S on Rt. 81, take EXIT 11 and turn right. Travel straight through the lights on Pomeroy Street until you reach a T intersection. Turn right onto Port Watson. Go through the second light at Greenbush and look for Invigorations on the left.
