10 Steps to Stay Healthy It can't hurt to be reminded again... 10 steps to stay healthy, even in a pandemic:
1. Optimize vitamin D levels. Maybe that's a new one for you. There is growing popularity in the belief that vitamin D deficiency may be the TRUE culprit behind the seasonality of the flu, not the virus.
2. Avoid sugar & processed foods. Sugar decreases the function of your immune system.
3. Get enough rest. If your body is fatigued it will be harder for it to fight the flu.
4. Use effective tools to address stress.
5. Exercise. Exercise helps to increase blood flow throughout the body. The components of your immune system are also better circulated.
6. Take supplements of the omega-3 or include fish and other sources of omega-3 in your diet.
7. Wash your hands.
8. Eat garlic regularly. Have you heard this one before?
9. Enhance your gut health with servings of fruits and vegetables; whole food sources of vitamins and minerals.
10. Get a massage.

NOW SOME PRACTICAL ADVICE... STRETCHING YOUR DOLLAR Here are some thoughts about ways to stretch your dollar when it comes to meeting your needs for Skin Care Products.
Get your free Face Mapping® skin analysis at Invigorations and never waste money on products again! Many clients don't know their true skin condition, which leads to inaccurate purchases that waste money because they don't work. Face Mapping® diagnoses your unique skin condition and subsequently prescribes the right products – meaning no disappointment and all results. Multi-purpose is another word for stretching your skin care dollar. Invest in dual-and triple-action products:
• Dermal Clay Cleanser can be used three times a week as refreshing, refining, oil-controlling masque as well as a cleanser.
• Skin Hydrating Booster morphs lightweight summer moisturizers into powerful winter lotions.
• Get cleansing and exfoliation in one with Daily Clean Scrub, Skin Resurfacing Cleanser and Tri-Active Cleanse.
• Double up with moisturizers and SPF combos including Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF30, Pure Light SPF30 , and Daily Defense Block SPF30. Or triple up with moisturizers and foundation and SPF like Sheer Tint or Redness Relief.
• Get exfoliating and masking in one Ready, Set, Scrub.
Using too much product means buying more frequently than necessary. Follow our tips to get the most out of every bottle:
• A pea-sized amount of foaming gel cleansers goes a long way when mixed with water.
• Skin dampened with toner helps stretch your moisturizer and maximize absorption. And, only a pea-sized amount of moisturizer is needed.
• Use a quarter-sized amount of a masque, applying with a damp fan brush rather than your fingers.
• Think a rice grain per eye when applying eye treatments.
• Higher-grade products are super-concentrated and may cost more up front, but you will use far less as a little goes a long way.
• Use The Ultimate Buffing Cloth with your Conditioning Body Wash rather than dispensing directly onto your body. You'll use 50% less.
• Pretty packaging is not where it's at: in fact, you just might be paying more for that package than you are for the product! Choose based upon ingredients. Look for hygienic, contamination-free pumps and tubes that dispense exactly what you need and won't spoil before you can use it all.
Get your customized must-have products for year-round skin care that are easy on your budget with your free Face Mapping® skin analysis at Invigorations.
