Starting Our 12th Year Serving Cortland Happy December, Happy Holidays, and Happy Anniversary to Invigorations!
December 1 was the beginning of our 12th year in service. Indulge us with a moment of sentimentality as we express to you how blessed we feel to have you reading this newsletter. It means you have a connection with us. Thank you!
We were looking at a picture from our first year in our beautiful Victorian home and our little Corn Plant was 2 feet tall. Now it has outgrown the waiting room where it started and is sprawling over 9 ½ feet high (12 feet including the pot!) in the main staircase. Do you think it's the music?

NEW! NEW! Two New Massage Therapists
We have two new awesome massage therapists.
Lisa Clark, LMT, is from the Binghamton/Chenango Forks/Whitney Point area. She graduated from the Onondaga School of Massage and has been a practicing therapist for 7 years. She has a practice in Binghamton (Therapeutic Pulse Massage Therapy) and has had a lot of experience working in a spa setting doing hot stone massage, body treatments, wraps, and ear candling. She enjoys using specialized techniques that help her clients with pain management and range of motion/mobility issues.
Ayla Fialko, LMT, graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage and has been a practicing therapist for 5 years. She also has spa experience and has worked as a therapist at the Grayhaven Motel in Ithaca for the past several summers. She is a Level III Reiki Practitioner and enjoys using her intuitive skills to help her clients achieve pain relief and stress reduction. She is passionate about encouraging health and wellbeing and promotes bodywork wherever she goes. While pursuing her massage career, Ayla also managed to get a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology & Applied Music with a concentration in Music Therapy. Once you experience their massage you'll know why we are excited to have them at Invigorations.
