In the Yoga Class at The Dharma Center, you’ll start to stretch out those tight muscles and loosen up those stiff joints. No pretzel poses here. THIS yoga is accessible to all ages and body types. It’s true, you’ll never move like a teenager again, but it’s also true that the “inevitable” slide into the immobility of old age is NOT inevitable at all! No matter how old you are, it’s NEVER too late for improvement.
Like the saying goes, “Use it or lose it!” Well, do you want to keep losing it? No way! Start to reclaim your body, and come to yoga class instead. No experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat and a flexible mind; a flexible body is optional.
